Tuesday, November 21, 2023

Room 401 - Hydro-Québec

Session organizer

Isabelle Tremblay-Brosseau

MRNF

Today, many economic sectors are heavily reliant on critical minerals, which are essential to the manufacture of high-tech devices, and the European industry is no exception. This situation offers major opportunities for Quebec to become a strategic partner of the European Union (EU), which is currently navigating through a major geopolitical crisis. This session will look at how Quebec can seize this opportunity to become a better ally of the EU and work with it to meet Europe’s need for critical minerals in the high-tech sector.

This session will be offered in French and in English.
