Énergie et Électrification des Transports-IQ

Fabrice Consalvo was appointed Senior Director, Énergie et Électrification des transports at Investissement Québec in October 2021.

After starting his career as a research engineer and then project manager with the AREVA Group, he spent more than 20 years in strategic planning, operational performance optimization and business development.

In 2007, he was asked to co-lead a vast program to improve the Group’s performance. For six years, he managed this portfolio of activities, overseeing the implementation of major customer and investment projects. In this capacity, he sits on the Group’s Centralized Engineering Management Committee.

In 2013, he moved to Canada, where he played an active role in the international development of the Group’s Canadian subsidiaries. He distinguished himself by developing the services business, generating significant sales growth in this sector and negotiating several strategic development and marketing partnerships in Europe and Asia.

In 2017, Fabrice joined the field of Management Consulting (first at Accenture as director of the Power Generation practice for Canada, then as a freelancer) guiding his clients in their major transformation projects (supporting the energy transition from strategic, organizational and operational aspects).
