Rates and indexing of dues, rents, royalties and fees: january 1, 2024
Pursuant to section 83.3 of the Financial Administration Act 
(CQLR, c. A-6.001), these fees are indexed automatically every year on January 1 to reflect the annual change in the Consumer Price Index for Québec. The indexation factor for this year is set at 5.08%*. In accordance with section 83.6 of the Financial Administration Act, the Minister of Natural Resources and Forests hereby publishes the 2024 indexation for fees set under the Regulation respecting mineral substances other than petroleum, natural gas and brine (chapter M-13.1, r. 2).
Accordingly, the fees as of January 1, 2024, are as shown below.
