Methods of Payment Accepted to File an Application of Renewal of Non-exclusive Lease to Mine Surface Mineral Substances (BNE)1

The methods of payment are:

  • Credit card
  • The client’s MRN account*;

* The user must be a privileged member of GESTIM Plus. A delegate may use the client’s account if he is authorized by Delegation of Management of Mining Titles.

1 : Is not affected by this directive the titleholder operating a pit of sand and gravel located in an administrative region that has signed an agreement of delegation of management of sand and gravel.

Acceptable means to file an Application for Renewal of Non-exclusive Lease to Mine Surface Mineral Substances (BNE)

As of April 1st, 2013, the Application for Renewal of Non-exclusive Lease to Mine Surface Mineral Substances (BNE) must be filed through the GESTIM Plus website1

Acceptable means to file an Application for Renewal of Non-exclusive Lease to Mine Surface Mineral Substances (BNE) are:

Reimbursement and Method of Reimbursement of a Balance

As of October 1st, 2012, all refunds will be deposited in the client’s account. This directive will be in effect as of October 1st 2012. It renders null and void all previous directives on the same topic.

The balance of an application will be reimbursed upon written request to the Division du Registre ODM and must specify “Refund” in the subject line. The written notice must specify the amount of the reimbursement and the application number. The reimbursement will be made according to the method of payment of the application.

A request for reimbursement of the total balance shall be made in writing to the Division du Registre ODM and must specify “Refund” in the subject line.

The writing must be sent by mail, facsimile or email.
