Strategic infrastructures in northern territories: conditions for success and financing for the mining sector

Myriam Blais, Director of Infrastructure Projects at the Société du Plan Nord, will present the personalized assistance offered by the Société du Plan Nord to support the implementation of strategic infrastructure. She will outline the main challenges encountered in northern territories and the approaches adopted to foster effective collaboration with stakeholders. She will also discuss the work underway to consolidate regional economic corridors as part of the Québec Plan for the Development of Critical and Strategic Minerals. Finally, she will introduce the new financial tool offered by the Société du Plan Nord: the Enveloppe nordique d’infrastructures en appui au secteur minier (ENIAM).
