Since the new version of the Engineers Act came into force in 2020, it is often said that certain fields of engineering are now better represented. This workshop will help you understand how this update applies specifically to the mining and energy sectors. What types of works are affected by the Act? What activities are the exclusive responsibility of engineers? Are there any exceptions? The use of the engineer’s title will also be discussed.
