Véronique Décoste
Véronique Décoste has been working in the mining industry since 2012 and currently holds the position of Chief – Community Relations at Raglan Mine, a Glencore company. For over four years, she has been contributing to the development of strong relationships with local communities in support of the company’s projects. Prior to her role at Raglan Mine, she spent five years involved in the commissioning and operation of Koniambo Nickel, another Glencore mining project. Holding a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a specialization in human resources management, Véronique brings 20 years of professional experience, notably in human resources, project management, communication, and community relations. Her various roles have led her to collaborate with Indigenous nations, including the Cree Nation for Hydro-Québec and the Inuit of Nunavik, strengthening her commitment to inclusive and sustainable partnerships.
