Suzie Therriault
Ms. Therriault holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial relations and a master’s degree in management and development of organizations from Université Laval. She has worked in the field of human resources management and training for 30 years, including several years in the metallurgical and mining industries. For nearly three years, she has been executive director of the Comité sectoriel de main-d’œuvre de l’industrie des mines (CSMO Mines), and is also a director of the Institut National des Mines du Québec. The CSMO Mines is a consultative structure within which representatives of companies and workers’ associations in the mining sector implement strategies designed to meet the common challenges of attracting and developing labour, as well as the human resources management issues facing the mining industry.
