Steve Pelletier

Steve Pelletier is the Director of Environment at IAMGOLD Corporation. A chemical engineer by training, he brings over 28 years of experience in the mining and metals sector. Throughout his career, he has held various positions at Glencore and IAMGOLD, developing strong expertise in mining operations, project management, emergency response, environmental stewardship, and mine site rehabilitation.

At IAMGOLD, Steve plays a key role in overseeing the company’s environmental management system. He provides technical support and actively contributes to the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in environmental performance, both at the corporate level and across operational sites located in Québec, Ontario, and Burkina Faso.
