Sébastien Laflamme

Mr. Laflamme is corporate director of Innovation at Agnico Eagle, where he leads a team of technical experts and develops innovation strategies aligned with the company’s objectives. In this capacity, he focuses on developing technologies that can significantly improve the company’s performance and growth. He has been with Agnico Eagle for more than 16 years, and has held a number of strategic positions within the organization, including maintenance superintendent for the LaRonde complex, as well as being responsible for the implementation of the company’s first-ever integrated operations centre, an important milestone in Agnico Eagle’s digital and operational evolution. Sébastien holds a bachelor’s degree in automated production engineering from the École de technologie supérieure (ETS) as well as an MBA.
