Rosemarie Bégin is a senior manager in the Economics and Public Policy practice at PwC Canada. An economist by training, she has been working with governments and organizations for more than ten years on economic development strategies, impact assessments and the implementation of public policies.
In recent years, she has spoken on several occasions on issues relating to investment and financing trends in the mining sector, focusing on the strategic outlook for Québec in the context of the energy transition and the reconfiguration of critical supply chains.
