Geologist and geomatics specialist working as researcher/professor specializing in geochemical exploration in geothermal exploration/production, volcano monitoring, economic geology. Recently developing novel geostatistical and applied tools for environmental and green energy investigation. Over the last seven years have been leading academic groups and investigating potential for low-to-high enthalpy geothermal systems in Andean Cordillera, Chile, reaching the most extreme conditions for production and feasibility site testing (Cerro Pabellón, Tolhuaca, Aysen). For twenty years have worked with academic group and research partners thanks to national and private funding (Canada, USA, Italy, Chile, Mexico). Specialize in academic research with geochemical and geophysical field monitoring instrumentation as well as in laboratory microanalysis of igneous-metamorphic rocks.
