Philippe Groleau

Philippe Groleau has nearly fifteen years of experience in the mining sector, including several years in engineering, project management, and strategic planning. He began his career at Osisko Mining during the start-up of the Canadian Malartic mine, and then held key positions in operations at Windfall, Barkerville Gold, Sayona, as well as Eldorado Gold Québec, where he notably served as engineering superintendent and strategic planner. Appointed Director of Technical Services in 2025, he is responsible for supervising the engineering and geology teams at the Lamaque Mining Complex.
