
Patrick Marcoux

A lawyer since 1994, Mr. Marcoux began his career as a law clerk at the Court of Appeal, then entered private practice in a small commercial litigation firm before joining a national office.
His practice focused primarily on civil and commercial litigation, including landlord-tenant, construction, injunctions and estate litigations.
He then joined the APCHQ’s legal department, where he acted in construction litigations and residential guarantee arbitrations.
With the OIQ for over 10 years now, he provides legal advice and acts as prosecutor in penal proceedings instituted by the Order in matters of unlawful practice and usurpation of title.
