Nadine Veillette

Nadine obtained her bachelor’s degree in Geophysics from Memorial University in Newfoundland in 2003. She began her career at Sander Geophysics specializing in airborne surveys. Over the course of nearly a decade, she worked extensively in Africa, including countries such as Tunisia, Morocco, Gabon, Tanzania, Republic of Congo, and Mauritania, where she served as a geophysicist for Xstrata Iron Ore and various junior companies. Nadine returned to Quebec in 2014 and joined Abitibi Geophysics the following year. She became a shareholder of the company in 2019 and assumed the role of President in January 2022.
