
Michel Ratté
Michel Ratté graduated in journalism from Université Laval in the early 90s and began his career as a journalist in Abitibi-Témiscamingue and Québec City. His passion for aviation led him to work in public affairs, communications and business development from 2006 onwards. Under the wings of Max Aviation, he was able to meet and transport the Quebec Inc. business community around the province. His boundless passion led him to become Chairman of the Board of Directors of AQTA, the Quebec Air Transport Association, where he defended the industry’s interests. He then turned his attention to the booming mining industry as director of sustainable development for Sayona Québec. Finally, in October 2022, he was recruited by CRITM, the Consortium for Research and Innovation in Metallic Transformation, as Coordinator – CSM Network for Critical and Strategic Minerals. Known for his outstanding listening skills, remarkable empathy and results-based management, he is responsible for planning and setting up this vast Quebec network linked to scientific research in the field of critical and strategic minerals.
