Mélissa Gagnon

Mélissa Gagnon is Deputy Director General of Environmental and Strategic Assessments and has many years of experience in this sector of the MELCCFP. Her diverse background, which includes roles in the private and municipal sectors, has enabled her to grasp the issues involved in integrating knowledge into planning and decision-making. Aware of the challenges involved in effectively integrating scientific data while taking into account the environmental, social and economic concerns of the various stakeholders, she is now using her expertise to help advance environmental and strategic assessment in Quebec, in the interests of all stakeholders.
