Matthieu Cedou

Matthieu Cedou is a machine learning engineer at Mira Geoscience, where he has been developing AI tools for mineral exploration for the past three years. He specializes in integrating geoscience data with statistical methods through data science workflows. He holds a Ph.D. in Earth Sciences, with research focused on the application of deep learning to airborne geophysical data. Prior to his doctoral work, he gained field experience in mineral exploration, which provided practical insight into the nature and use of geoscientific data. He also holds a Professional M.Sc. in Mineral Exploration (UQAC) and an Engineering Diploma in Geology (UniLaSalle).
