Martin Loiselle
Martin Loiselle holds a master’s degree in Land Use Planning and Regional Development from Université Laval. He also completed part of his academic training abroad in a few places, including the University of Guanajuato, in Mexico. His professional career began in 2009 as an economic development officer. He later became a coordinator at the Nordic Entrepreneurship Center. In 2015, he took up the challenge of contributing to set up the Eeyou Istchee James Bay regional office of the Société du Plan Nord (Société), where he worked as a business development advisor. In 2018, he moved back to the Société’s head office in Québec City to work as the executive assistant in the Business Development Office. Recently, he has accepted new functions as coordinator for maximizing economic benefits. Thus, he has more than 15 years of experience in economic development in the northern territory.
