Martin Duclos
Mr. Martin Duclos holds the position of Director, Environment and Community Relations at Falco Resources.
As part of his duties, Mr. Duclos is responsible for the development and progressive implementation of ESG management systems to ensure compliance with existing authorizations and applicable requirements in accordance with Falco Resources policies. He will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to obtain permits and authorizations, including conducting an environmental and social impact study for the Horne 5 mining project, as well as establishing and maintaining harmonious relationships with the project’s host communities.
Mr. Duclos has over 30 years of experience in the mining industry, having held management positions in environment, sustainable development and First Nations relations at Sayona, Yamana Gold Québec, the Canadian Malartic Partnership and Goldcorp-Mine Éléonore. In these roles, he was responsible for permitting strategies and implementation, First Nations relations, ESG management systems implementation and site remediation. Previously, he worked for SNC-Lavalin as well as the Quebec Ministry of Environment.
