Marie-Pierre Boudreau
Marie-Pierre is a lawyer in the Environmental Law Group in Montreal. Her practice focuses on environmental law, Indigenous law, and energy law. She advises clients on regulatory compliance, the preparation of environmental permits, and negotiations with government authorities. She has extensive experience in residual materials, contaminated land, endangered species, and mine tailings, and represents her clients before various courts, including the Superior Court and the Quebec Court of Appeal. Marie-Pierre also assists her clients on current issues such as plastics, extended producer responsibility, and PFAS substances, ensuring compliance with national and federal standards. She intervenes in administrative and criminal measures imposed by municipal, provincial, and federal authorities.
