Marie Guittonny

Marie is professor in mine site revegetation at the Research Institute on Mines and the Environment at UQAT since 2013. She is a biologist with a PhD in Environmental Biosciences. Her research mainly focuses on the interactions between plants and mining materials. It applies to the afforestation of mine sites, the creation of habitats for pollinating insects, and the performance evaluation of vegetated cover systems in the short, medium, and long terms.
