Kirsty is an experienced policy, strategy, communications, research, and events leader. She has spoken at 25+ international events on critical minerals alongside senior business leaders. She is a member of the Geological Society Business Forum, Women in Mining UK’s Policy Committee, and the UK EITI’s Multi-Stakeholder Group. She has authored CMA’s flagship papers on Environmental, Social, Governance; Developing a Talent Pipeline, Planning & Permitting, and Mineral Rights. Prior to founding the Critical Minerals Association, she worked as a consultant for The McCain Institute and The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis & Malaria, and organized events for President Biden, the Rt. Hon. Theresa May.
