Julie Blanchard

An engineer since May 2000, Ms. Blanchard holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and a master’s degree in business administration, both from the Université de Sherbrooke. Her experience in technical support in the industrial water treatment sector has enabled her to develop expertise in various types of industry. She joined the OIQ team in 2019, where she has given numerous lectures to employers and students in the engineering field. She currently holds the position of Illegal Practice Prevention Advisor and raises awareness of the Engineers Act among companies, associations and municipalities through information sessions.
