Jérôme Gouin

Doctor in sedimentary geology from the University of Orléans, Jérôme Gouin was a metallogenist geologist at BRGM for 10 years and worked mainly on projects in France, Europe and Africa. Engaged in the projects of the Junior Minière Variscan Mines SAS as geologist/project manager, he was responsible for 4 years of exploration work on the Exclusive Mining Permit for gold and silver in “Saint-Pierre” (Maine-et-Loire, France). He then joined the AVENIA competitiveness cluster in 2019, where he notably co-leads the aLiNA territorial program, carried by AVENIA and supported by the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region, on securing supplies of mineral raw materials for industries in France and in Europe.
