Hugo Tremblay, LL.D. (Dundee), LL.M. (Laval), LL.B. (Montreal), B.A. (McGill) practiced as a litigation lawyer for several years before obtaining his master’s degree in environmental law from Université Laval. After doing doctoral and post-doctoral work on the legal framework for water management, Professor Tremblay began teaching at the Université de Montréal’s Faculty of Law in 2014, where he conducts his research on natural resources and environmental law as a member of the CRDP – Centre de recherche en droit public.
