Gilles Roy

Gilles Roy is an exploration geologist. Throughout his career, most of which has been spent at Glencore, he has honed his skills in exploration, project evaluation, and mineral resource estimation. As a district geologist, he led the exploration programs that led to the discovery of the McLeod deposit in 2004 and the Bracemac deposit in 2006. Gilles holds a B.Sc. in geology from the University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM). He has been the Director of Exploration at Nuvau Minerals since 2022.
