Ghislain Lacombe

Ghislain Lacombe has worked as an engineer since 2002. He began his career in the environmental field in 1999, and in 2004 joined WM (Waste Management) as the engineering director for Québec’s engineered landfills. In 2020, he was promoted to engineering director for Canada and plays an active role in the development of sustainable development projects, including those of GNR, within the company.

Since December 2024, Mr. Lacombe has held the position of general manager of post-collection operations covering all of WM’s engineered landfill operations in Canada.
