Éliane Roux-Blanchette

Ms. Éliane Roux-Blanchette holds a bachelor’s degree in law, a master’s degree in environmental and natural resources law, and a master’s degree in business administration. She worked as a contract lawyer, mainly in environmental and natural resources matters, before joining the MNRF’s Mining Affairs and Coordination Division in February 2023. Éliane is a member of the working group that helped draft Bill 63, which is the subject of this conference.
