Danny Tremblay

Danny Tremblay heads up the commercial operations department at Glencore’s North American copper operations. Since joining the organisation in 2008, he has held a number of positions within Glencore’s recycling operations, ranging from sample preparation at the Horne Smelter to the management of sampling facilities in Rhode Island.
As part of Glencore’s recycling growth strategy, Danny is currently working to expand the company’s recycling operations and increase the proportion of recycled materials passing through its North American copper value chain.
Danny is a member of the board of directors of the Quebec Mining Association and holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Université Laval.
