Claude Maheux-Picard has always been passionate about environmental issues and is a chemical engineer. She has been working for over 25 years in applied research to improve the competitiveness of businesses and support them in their socio-ecological transition. She heads the Industrial Ecology Technology Transfer Center, a team of experts in the circular economy and the recovery of all types of waste. An expert in the circular economy, she is also president of the Table des conseillers scientifiques en chef municipaux (Municipal Chief Scientific Advisors’ Roundtable).
