Cindy Valence

Cindy has over 20 years of management experience and is currently co-founder and partner at Ethos Stratégie. For more than a decade, she has held strategic roles at the heart of the mining industry, giving her an in-depth understanding of the ecosystem and the ability to effectively position organizations within an ever-evolving geopolitical, economic, and societal context. Her dynamism, rigor, and business development acumen enable her to mobilize stakeholders around common objectives, fostering sustainable development, societal impact, and value co-creation.

Her expertise in business development, applied knowledge of the energy transition, and ability to engage in meaningful dialogue with First Nations make her a valuable asset in implementing responsible and value-driven projects.

With extensive international experience, Cindy draws on a broad network that allows her to collaborate daily with economic actors, investors, international and governmental partners, embassies, and Québec’s offices abroad.

She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Radisson Mining Resources, a Québec-based gold company, and has previously contributed to several boards, including Women in Mining Abitibi and Propulsion Québec, the cluster for electric and smart transportation.

Cindy holds an MBA with a specialization in mineral industry management, is a certified Professional in International Trade (PACI), and a Certified Corporate Director (ASC, C.Dir).

She is fluent in French and English.
