Cédric Bourgeois

Cédric Bourgeois is a founding partner of Transfert Environnement et Société. He has developed in-depth expertise in managing “angry” publics, facilitating information and consultation sessions, and ensuring the social acceptability of major projects. In recent years, he has facilitated hundreds of citizens’ meetings and consultation evenings with disgruntled members of the public, as well as monitoring committees, for various project proponents.

For Cédric, carrying out projects in a way that provides for and encourages genuine and informed public participation is not only desirable, but essential. He is responsible for implementing Transfert’s mission to put communities and stakeholders at the heart of project development, engaging them in a process that fosters mutually enriching and beneficial dialogue.
