Bruno Dumais

Mr B. Dumais is the current Chief Financial Officer for Nio Strategic Metals Inc. since 2013. He also acts as Senior Director of the Sainte-Sophie Critical Minerals Project, managing relations with the various stakeholders aimed at obtaining the project’s social acceptability.

Mr. Dumais has been involved with various publicly-traded companies as Chief Financial Officer including Emergia, Maya Gold & Silver Inc. and KDA Group Inc. amongst others. In that capacity, he was responsible for leading all of the financial activities.

Mr. Dumais has been a Chartered Professional Accountant since 1989. He holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from Université du Québec à Rimouski (UQAR) and an International MBA from University of Ottawa. He is also a Director and the Chair of the Audit Committee of VVC Exploration Corporation (TSXV: VVC) since 2012.
