Adeline Roche

Adeline Roche is a research professional in the Department of Geology and Geological Engineering at Université Laval. She studies internal erosion in Quaternary deposits in Québec, in collaboration with le ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité durable du Québec. Her integrated approach combines geomorphology, stratigraphy, hydrogeology, and geotechnics to identify the predisposing factors of internal erosion. She holds a PhD in geology, with a specialization in sedimentology from the Université de Bourgogne Franche-Comté (France). Her career is marked by diverse experiences aimed at bridging the gap between fundamental research and practical and industrial challenges.
