Yves Dessureault

Mr. Dessureault is the current Chief Operating Officer of Probe Gold Inc. He is an engineer with over 30 years of experience in engineering consulting, project development, and mining and industrial operations, both in Canada and internationally. He held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Probe Mines Ltd. in 2014-15 and previously served in executive roles at BBA Inc., Rio Tinto PLC, and Hatch Ltd. In recent years, he has assumed responsibility for designing, developing, and building numerous large mining or metallurgical greenfield or brownfield projects. These diverse professional experiences have equipped him with a deep understanding of the challenges, the risks, and the opportunities associated with mining project development, knowledge he effectively applies in leading the Novador mining project to success.
