Tommee Larochelle
L3 Process Developpment
Tommee Larochelle is a chemical and mining engineer focused on accelerating the development of rare earth and critical mineral projects. He holds a B.Eng. in Chemical Engineering from the Université de Sherbrooke, an MBA in Technology Commercialization from Westminster College, and a PhD in Mining Engineering from Virginia Tech. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Québec and Utah.
As Managing Partner and CTO of L3 Process Development, he directs the design, techno-economic evaluation, and scale-up of hydrometallurgical flowsheets, with particular expertise in solvent extraction for rare earth separation. His work spans primary deposits, recycled materials, and unconventional sources.
