Suzie Therriault

Holding a bachelor’s degree in industrial relations and a master’s degree in organizational management and development from Université Laval, Ms. Therriault has worked in human resources management and training for over 30 years, including several years in the metallurgical and mining industries. 

Executive director of the Mining Industry Sectoral Workforce Committee (CSMO Mines) for nearly four years now, she also serves as a board member of the Institut national des mines du Québec. 

The Mining Industry Sectoral Workforce Committee is a multi-stakeholder consultation body through which representatives of mining sector companies and worker associations implement strategies to address shared workforce attraction and development challenges, as well as human resources management issues across the mining industry.
