A lawyer by training, Stéphanie Normand has over 20 years’ experience in the energy sector and has held various strategic positions at Hydro-Québec, in the fields of industrial security, regulatory strategy and conditions of service, among others. Currently responsible for long-term energy supply management, she leads the team in charge of requests for proposals to help meet Québec’s energy needs, and the management of resulting contracts.
