Stéphan Gagnon

Mr. Stéphan Gagnon works for the Ministère de l’Environnement, de la Lutte contre les changements climatiques, de la Faune et des Parcs, where he is coordinator of waste heat recovery. A forerunner of waste heat recovery, he coordinates efforts in Quebec to develop this energy sector, including the Waste Heat Recovery financial support program. Over the course of his career, he has published a number of technical works, including Guide de conception d’un bâtiment performant, Comment calculer la valeur d’une rénovation écoénergétique complète and Comment implanter la gestion de l’énergie dans les immeubles. He has also designed and implemented major energy efficiency projects while working in real estate operations and consulting engineering.
