Simon Thibault

Simon joined GM’s Global Purchasing and Supply Chain team in early 2023. He is focused on ensuring the success of GM’s partnership project Ultium CAM in Quebec, Canada as well as building a sustainable and regionalized supply chain for GM in North America.

Prior to joining GM, he was the Senior Director – Battery Strategy (2021-23) for Investissment Quebec; the Director of Regulation and Public Policy for Propulsion Quebec (2020-21); the Director of Environmental and Social Responsibility for Nemaska Lithium (2015-20), and Project Manager/Director in Mining Environment for the Roche Ltd. Consulting Groups (2006-2015).
