Simon Fraser

Simon joined the Ministère des Ressources naturelles et des Forêts (MRNF) as an economist in September 2021. Within the Mining Policy and Development Directorate General, his expertise contributes to a range of economic, statistical, and financial analyses related to the mining sector. Holding a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Applied Financial Economics, he has also worked in the fields of economic development and finance, in addition to occasionally serving as a lecturer in economics at the Université du Québec en Abitibi-Témiscamingue.
