Serge Théberge

Serge Théberge is an executive with extensive experience in project management, engineering, construction and operations with over 35 years of international and multicultural experience. He has managed projects in West Africa, the United Arab Emirates, South America and the Caribbean, from the engineering study stages through to implementation, commissioning and startup. Over the course of his career, Serge has held various management positions with engineering and mining companies such as SNC Lavalin, Bechtel, IAMGOLD, CBG (Compagnie de Bauxite de Guinée), Guyana Goldfields and Lundin Gold. He has been involved in engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) supervision projects for major companies such as WSP, Fluor and AECOM. He holds B.Sc. degrees in Engineering and Business Administration from the Royal Military College and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
