Sandra Côté

Sandra Côté graduated in 2008 from the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering of Aluminum Chemical Processes. Côté worked as a process engineer in the mining sector for the consulting engineering firm Soutex for nearly 5 years. She then moved on to Coalia, where she worked as a project manager in research and development for the mineral sector. After a brief stint with the Ministère des Transports in the single window for product qualifications, she returned to the mining sector with the Ministère des Ressources naturelles et des Forêts. Since 2020, Côté has been with the Mining Industry Development Division as a senior engineer in ore processing and extractive metallurgy.
