Sabrina Bouchard

Investissement Québec International

Sabrina Bouchard is a graduate of Université Laval in public affairs and international relations, and holds a master’s degree in public administration from ENAP. Parallel to her studies, she worked for the Office of the Chief Government Whip of the National Assembly of Québec, notably as a researcher.

She began her professional career at Québec International, the economic development agency for the Greater Québec City region, in 2013 and worked there for 8 years, notably as Business Development Director for Foreign Direct Investment in the Americas. She was actively involved in attracting foreign companies, helping them set up operations and reinvesting foreign subsidiaries in all sectors.

She then joined Investissement Québec, the organization operationalizing the government’s battery industry strategy, in 2021, where she works in the Foreign Direct Investment division as Senior Project Manager. She covers the Mauricie and Centre du Québec regions, including Bécancour and the greater region, working on a daily basis to attract, promote and implement battery materials projects and related supply chain projects.
