Richard Tremblay is Senior Partner of Cadence Consultants Inc, a company founded in 2019 that provides training and coaching services in the management of continuous improvement projects;
With a degree from the Cégep de l’Abitibi-Témiscamingue in industrial electronics, Lean Master Silver, and Lean Six Sigma black and green belt certification, Tremblay has almost 30 years’ experience in management positions for the electrical department of the Doyon and Westwood mines, as supervisor and general foreman for a team of 35 workers and 3 supervisors.
From 2018 to 2019, he was involved in the development and completion of major projects as a Continuous Improvement Specialist at the Westwood Mine.
