Pierre Pilote

Pierre Pilote holds a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. in geology from UQAC. He began his career as a contract geologist for the MRNF, SEREM and Campbell Resources. In 1988, he joined the MRNF as a metallogenist-geologist. His major contributions include the regional metallogeny and mapping of multiple sectors in the Abitibi and Gaspésie regions, as well as training the next generation by supervising and co-directing university research.
