Olivier Vanderhaeghe
Géosciences Environnement Toulouse
Olivier Vanderhaeghe, Professor at the University of Toulouse, fell into the heart of mountain ranges during his Master’s and then his PhD thesis, devoted to the impact of partial melting on the evolution of orogens. These first loves led him to take an interest in the evolution of continents over geological time, integrating the genesis of mineral resources. For the last few years, he has been interested in the challenges of Geosciences to respond to the societal issues of energy and ecological transitions.
