Mitra Naghdi is a metallurgist with more than 10 years of experience in applied research, hydrometallurgy, mineral processing, biotechnology, and process development. She has in-depth expertise in the design, optimization, execution, and management of laboratory-scale metallurgical test programs, as well as in interpreting results and developing technical recommendations.

She has recognized experience in acid leaching, precipitation and impurity separation, extraction, recovery and valorization of strategic metals, chemical and mineralogical characterization of materials, and the development and optimization of process flow sheets. She has strong experience in planning and executing metallurgical test programs, including sample preparation and characterization, hydrometallurgical testing, mass and metallurgical balances, data analysis and interpretation, and optimization of operating parameters. Her expertise includes process development for various types of ores, concentrates, residues, and by-products, with a focus on improving metallurgical performance, maximizing the recovery of valuable metals, and reducing environmental impacts.

She also has experience in technical project management, coordination of laboratory activities, schedule and budget tracking, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and communication with clients and industrial partners. She is skilled at translating experimental results into practical technical recommendations and preparing reports, presentations, and technical documentation for industrial clients and various stakeholders. She is recognized for her ability to solve complex technical problems, optimize existing processes, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions tailored to project needs.
