Millan Herce is the Operational Technology (OT) Lead for the Windfall Project at Gold Fields Canada. A graduate in Mining Engineering from Université Laval, he brings more than 25 years of experience across the mining industry, consulting engineering, and mining equipment sectors. Following roles at Epiroc and Raglan Mine, he now leads Windfall’s digital transformation initiatives. His mandate is focused on establishing the digital foundations required to integrate operational and business systems, enabling integrated operations, tele-remote mining, autonomous equipment, and connected worker technologies.
